Toyota is once again proud to be the major sponsor of National Tree Day.

Lee Kernaghan and Toyota will be joining forces with communities around Australia as we endeavour to plant one million new trees this year

"I travel all over this wide brown land and in many places the brown is getting wider with the salinity problem scarring the landscape - and those once beautiful Australian sunrises and sunsets seem to be getting browner too.

Trees work like air filters with Greenhouse gases storing carbon dioxide - and trees work like pumps in salinated areas. It's not rocket science - it is just a very practical, simple and accessible remedy. But we do need a lot of trees for them to be effective."
