RIDE FOR RURAL KIDS
01-10-09

Ride for Rural Kids is a 7 day, 1000km charity bicycle ride from Sydney to Coonabarabran to help raise funds for Aussie Helpers Childrens Fund.
AHCF was established in 2009 by former Australian of the Year, Lee Kernaghan, to help disadvantaged children in rural Australia and four community-minded rugby league referees with a passion for cycling will be doing their best to help Lee achieve his goal.
The riders will set off from Girraween on 19 October and travel throughout central west NSW before crossing the finish line at the Coonabarabran Race Track on 26 October.
Lee will be in Coonabarabran to greet the riders and perform.
